Authorities say the indictment alleges that Kabtimer got payments totaling $3,400 for referring patients to the equipment supplier in 2013 and 2014. Authorities said the doctor is accused of getting $200 for patients referred for a CPAP ventilator and $300 per patient referred for an oxygen unit.
